Terms & Conditions – Rachel Munt Coaching

📌 1. Booking & Payment Terms

● A £500 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
● The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
● If the full balance is not received by this deadline, your booking may be
cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

📌 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

● More than 30 days before the event: You may reschedule to a later available
date at no extra charge. If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, no
further payment will be required.
● Within 30 days of the event: No refunds will be given. However, you may
reschedule to a later available date (subject to availability).
● No-shows or failure to provide venue access will be treated as a
cancellation.

📌 3. Rescheduling Policy

● If you need to reschedule, please notify [email protected] as
soon as possible.
● Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be within 6 months of the
original booking date.

📌 4. Travel & Accommodation Policy

● The workshop fee includes travel within Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent,
and London (M25 area).
● For locations beyond this area (up to 250 miles from Littlehampton, West
Sussex), travel is charged at £0.45 per mile (round trip).
● If flights or trains are required, the client may either book directly or agree
reimbursement based on receipts.
● If an overnight stay is required, the client may either:
1. Book & pay directly (preferred), OR
2. Approve estimated costs for you to book & invoice afterward.
● If overnight travel is required, please confirm whether a per diem (daily me
allowance) is available.
● If no per diem is provided, meal expenses can be invoiced (if agreed in
advance).

📌 5. Venue & Technical Requirements

By booking this workshop, you confirm that
● The venue is suitable for a high-energy, interactive session with at least 25
participants.
● A screen/projector & speakers will be available if needed.
● A handheld microphone is available for groups of 50+ (if applicable).
● Any additional venue access requirements (e.g., parking, security clearance)
will be provided in advance.
Failure to meet these requirements may impact the session’s effectiveness. No
refunds will be given if the session cannot proceed due to inadequate venue
setup.

📌 6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

● All workshop materials, content, and presentation slides remain the
intellectual property of Rachel Munt Coaching.
● These materials must not be recorded, copied, or distributed without prior
written permission.
● Attendees are welcome to take notes, but the content cannot be reused for
commercial training without consent.

📌 7. Photography, Video & Testimonials

● During the workshop, I may take photos and videos for marketing purposes
(e.g., website, social media, promotional materials).
● Video testimonials may also be recorded with willing participants.
● If any attendee prefers not to be included, just let me know before or during
the session, and I’ll ensure they are not featured.

📌 8. Liability & Insurance

● The workshop is designed to improve team communication, morale, and
engagement, but no specific results are guarantee
● Rachel Munt Coaching is not responsible for how attendees apply the
training in their workplace.
● The client is responsible for ensuring that all health & safety guidelines are
followed at the venue.
● Rachel Munt Coaching carries Combined Treatment & Professional Liability
Insurance and Public & Products Liability Insurance.
● Rachel Munt Coaching will not be liable for any injuries, property damage,
or other claims arising from the event unless due to negligence.

● If any damage is caused to the venue by attendees, this is the responsibility of
the client.

📌 9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

● If you are dissatisfied with the service, please conta
[email protected] within 7 days of the event.
● Complaints will be addressed professionally and fairly, with a resolution
offered where appropriate.
● If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to mediation
before taking legal action.

📌 10. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

● If the workshop cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond control (e.g.,
extreme weather, illness, travel disruption), a rescheduled date will be
offered.
● If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be offered at Rachel Munt
Coaching’s discretion.

By completing this booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the

Terms and Conditions - All Strategy Calls

These Terms and Conditions apply to all strategy sessions, advisory calls, and consultation services provided by Rachel Munt Coaching. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Service Description

These sessions are strategic conversations designed to help identify key workplace challenges affecting engagement, retention, team dynamics, and leadership.
Sessions are for identification and discussion purposes only and do not include formal consulting, coaching, or strategy implementation.
The session aims to highlight key workplace challenges but does not provide a full diagnosis of root causes.
No written reports, formal recommendations, or implementation plans are included in these sessions.

2. Booking and Payment

If applicable, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe through the Acuity Scheduling platform.
Booking is not confirmed until payment is received (if applicable).
Invoices are available upon request.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance – Can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance – No rescheduling or refunds will be offered.
No-shows (failure to attend the session without prior notice) may result in restricted rebooking.

4. Confidentiality

All discussions are strictly confidential.
No session recordings or written reports will be provided unless separately agreed.
Rachel Munt Coaching may refer to general industry trends but will not disclose confidential client details.

5. Limitations of the Session

These sessions are not formal diagnostic services.
They are intended to identify workplace challenges but do not provide solutions, implementation strategies, or leadership training.
Any next steps, solutions, or recommendations may be discussed separately as part of paid consulting, training, or coaching services.

6. Corporate Client Disclaimer

These sessions are not a substitute for an internal HR, legal, or business strategy review.
Rachel Munt Coaching does not assume liability for business decisions made as a result of the session.
Large organisations should ensure that internal stakeholders, decision-makers, or HR representatives are involved in follow-up discussions to determine appropriate action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rachel Munt Coaching is not liable for any decisions, actions, or business outcomes resulting from these sessions.
The sessions do not constitute legal, financial, or HR advice.
You accept full responsibility for any business decisions made based on the session.

8. Amendments to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

By booking a strategy session, advisory call, or consultation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Deep Dive Diagnostic – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Deep Dive Diagnostic service provided by Rachel Munt Coaching. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

The Deep Dive Diagnostic is a structured session designed to uncover the root causes of workplace challenges affecting engagement, retention, leadership, and team culture.

This service includes:

A comprehensive diagnostic session to explore underlying issues.
Identification of patterns, key insights, and contributing factors.
A summary of findings and tailored recommendations for next steps.
The option to receive a written report (if specified at the time of booking).

This session does not include strategy implementation, coaching, or leadership training. Any further services can be booked separately.
